Traffic Expected During Saturday Graduation Ceremony
Police say avoid streets near Newark Memorial High School between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Saturday. Also, avoid fines — parking laws will be enforced.

The Newark Police Department advises you to AVOID Cedar Boulevard between Mowry Avenue and Stevenson Boulevard. due to a traffic congestion.
The graduation ceremony near WILL cause significant traffic backups and other issues.
On Saturday June 9th, 2012 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., graduation ceremonies will take place at the Newark Memorial High School for the graduating class of 2012.
Motorists should expect traffic delays during these times on Cedar Boulevard between Mowry Avenue and Stevenson Boulevard.
Due to the limited parking spaces, those attending the graduation ceremony are encouraged to car pool and use the parking lots on the east side of the campus along Cedar Boulevard.

Local business parking lots adjacent to the school should not be used by those attending the ceremony.
For those persons with disabilities, parking is available near the baseball fields.
