Newark triathlete invites residents to train with him as he prepares for an Ironman World Championship.

Newark triathlete Joe Dulay is inviting others to train with him as he prepares for the 2011 Ford Ironman World Championship in October.
Athletes and non-athletes alike are invited to train alongside the Ironman participant between now and Oct. 8. Everyone is invited, whether you want to run, swim or bike.
The 30-year-old Newark resident has also launched a website that outlines his journey to the Oct. 8 competition. He is hoping to raise enough money to cover his travel, lodging and registration for the competition.
Dulay and has been training since. His next triathlon is the Silicon Valley International Triathlon on June 12 and he'll be competing in the Vineman Ironman 70.3 Triathlon on July 17.
