Week in Review: Refinery Plant To Reopen, Teacher Remembered, Back-to-School Preparation

A Newark refinery plant announced this week its . Evergreen Oil Refinery off of Smith Avenue is striving to open a part of its plant that was damaged in a March 29 fire by September. The plant also released its August Newsletter. .
