Position:  Program Coordinator (contract position)

• Duties: Charged with working with patients involved with the Eat Well, Live Active program, who are overweight or obese youth. Report attendance, progress, program goals related to the program and collaborate with medical providers YMCA Fremont/Newark and more.
• Requirements:  Related experience and knowledge of basic medical terminology. Experience working with youth and families and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
