A 2-year-old girl fell ill with a fever today on a flight from Vancouver to John Wayne Airport, where paramedics met the plane and transported the tot to CHOC Children's Hospital in Orange, a fire captain said.Orange County Fire Authority personnel were dispatched to the airport about 2:30 p.m. on a report that a toddler was feverish on West Jet Flight 1754, which was carrying 125 passengers, OCFA Capt.
