$300K Luxury Car Crashes In Orange County, Sending 1 To Hospital: Police
The operator of the Aston Martin was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to reports.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — One driver was arrested and another was taken to a hospital after a crash in Orange County involving a luxury car that retails new for hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to police.
The incident occurred around 7 p.m. Sunday in the 7000 block of Pacific Coast Highway East in Newport Beach and involved an Aston Martin, a Chevrolet truck and a Mustang, police said.
The driver of an Aston Martin DBS lost control of the vehicle, causing the crash, and was given a sobriety test and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, freelance media firm TNLA confirmed to KTLA, which published an image of the car with serious damage.
