When the patchy fog and low clouds dissipate Tuesday, the day will be fair and warm. Cooler weather will arrive Wednesday and Thursday as a low pressure system moves across California. Wednesday is the warmest day of the week in Newport Beach with a high of 77 degrees. Temperatures will dip to the low 70s until Friday, when Orange County will warm slightly through the weekend.
