Around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, the Orange County Health Care Agency's Ocean Water Protection Program posted warning signs 300 feet at the north end of Newport Dunes near the pedestrian bridge and at Newport Bay at Northstar Beach. According to health officials, the bacteria levels exceed health standards and contact with the water may cause illness.     <ol> </ol>
