A <a href="https://patch.com/A-2xn8" rel="nofollow">power outage</a> that left thousands of customers without power in Newport Beach has also affected Lincoln Elementary School, a school official said. Laura Boss, spokeswoman for the Newport-Mesa Unified School District, says the phones and computers at Lincoln Elementary are currently down. Students will be dismissed today at the regular times of 1:30 p.m. for kindergarten and 2:55 p.m. for all other grade levels.
