Man Facing Pimping Charges Arrested Again For Same Crimes

The current arrest involved a teen, officials said.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA – A 38-year-old man already facing pimping charges was arrested again on the same allegations, this time involving a teen, and was due to appear before a judge today. Dameon Depree Jefferson, who was charged last year with two felony counts each of pandering and attempted pimping, was arrested Friday and charged today with human trafficking of a victim younger than 18 and pimping and pandering a prostitute younger than 16.

Jefferson also faces a sentence-enhancing allegation of committing another crime while out of custody on the other case.

Jefferson, who listed his occupation as "lawn care,'' was being held without bail pending arraignment today on the new case involving the minor, according to court records.
