NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Police activity was reported in the City of Newport Beach Wednesday morning.
Residents were urged to avoid the intersection of Grant Street and Seashore Avenue by the beach for roughly two hours.
The initial advisory was issued to residents shortly after 7 a.m.
