'Real Housewife' Sells Newport Beach 'Chateau' For $55M: Report
The $55 million off-market deal is Orange County's most expensive sale of the year, reports say.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Reality TV couple Heather and Terry Dubrow sold their 22,000-square-foot Newport Beach home in an off-market $55 million deal, the Orange County Register reported. This deal marks Orange County's most expensive sale of 2022.
According to the report, a California-registered LLC conceals the buyer's identity.
The home, dubbed "Chateau Dubrow," consists of a nearly three-quarter-acre property on Newport Beach's coast. According to the report, court documents show "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star and the "Botched" surgeon bought the property in July 2013 for $4.18 million before building the home.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" documented the construction of the deluxe home. Among many features, some include a doorbell to summon Champagne service, a temperature-controlled wine wall in the dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with two islands.
The home also comes with a mirrored gym, a 21-seat movie theater, twin offices with hidden bathrooms and bars, and a 400-square-foot closet, the OC Register reported.
