NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Who doesn't love "Selling Sunset?" It's a "mashup" of luxury real estate, and now it comes to Orange County with "Selling the OC." But first, it would seem that Jason Oppenheim— the star of the show — is preaching what he's selling.

Oppenheim most recently bought a $7 million 13,000-square-foot Mediterranean mansion in Newport Beach, according to the OC Register. He says his home is one of the largest homes to sell in the area this year.

"Selling the OC," a new spinoff of "Selling Sunset," which has aired three seasons thus far on Netflix, features all-new cast members for Oppenheim. Real-life Newport Beach real estate agents Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, for starters.

Executive producer Adam DiVello, the creator of "Selling Sunset and other hit reality shows like "The Hills" and "Laguna Beach," is at the helm of ensuring the show's success.

Filming began this fall and likely included the home Oppenheim bought for himself.

The Newport Beach offices are in the space of an old bank building, according to People.com.

Oppenheim discussed the new space with the magazine.

"I looked inside that building and was like, I don't really care how much it costs to rent this or how much it costs to build out," he told People.com. "This is a dream spot. I will never again be able to find a spot like this."
