Teenage Boy Who Died In E-Bike Crash In Newport Beach ID'd

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — A 16-year-old Newport Beach boy died of fatal injuries while riding an e-bike in Newport Beach last week, the city said Monday.

The boy was identified as Jagger Boys, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Coroner's Department.

Boys was riding near Superior Avenue and Nice Lane just before 6 p.m. Sept. 23 when he crashed and was taken to an area hospital, where he died Friday, police said.
