Vandals Target Corona del Mar Cars
Power tools, money and clothes were recently stolen from cars on Goldenrod, Poppy and Iris avenues.

Some cars parked in Corona del Mar were recently targeted by burglars, police reported.
The incidents occurred on Saturday, March, 9. Police say before you walk away from your car, take valuables out or hide them from plain sight. Remembers car doors should be locked at all times, as well as windows and sunroofs.
• A Garmin GPS was stolen from a car parked in the 400 block of Goldenrod Ave. Police said there were no signs of forced entry.
• A burglar smashed the window of a car parked in the 300 block of Poppy Ave. Police said some power tools were stolen.
• A gym bag, money and swimwear was stolen from a car parked in the 400 block of Iris Ave. Police said there were no signs of forced entry.
