Bob Hope's Possessions Heading to Church Sale

Antiques, photographs and other items that once belonged to the late comedian will be sold at a charity fundraiser on May 4-5.

Some of legendary comedian Bob Hope's personal belongings will be on sale this weekend to benefit charity, the Daily News reports.

Items like antiques, paintings, pictures, furniture, books and more will be up for grabs at St. Charles Borromeo Church.

"There will be lovely awards that were given to my mother and dad, that had meaning for them," daughter Linda Hope told the Daily News. "There are beautiful linens that we used on our tables."

Memorabilia from the late entertainer's career is also to be included in the sale benefitting St. Charles Holy Family Service Center. Click here to find out what kind of knick-knacks were sold at a recent yard sale at Hope's residence in Toluca Lake.

Prices for the upcoming sale this weekend will range from $10 to several hundred dollars, according to the Daily News.

Hope died in 2003, while his wife, Dolores, passed away in 2011.

The sale is taking place on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. St. Charles Borromeo Church is located at 10800 Moorpark St.
