In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a playwright has put together a small production based on stories she's gathered from women of all walks about their experience with their breasts.
The Rise and Fall of my Breasts is in Burbank for a short time, with 8 p.m. performances on Oct. 25-26 at the The Missing Piece Theatre and 2 p.m. on Oct. 27.
"I was one of those berated, bullied and tormented kids, longing to be understood and accepted," writer Dianne Williams told nohoartsdistrict.com I wanted to grow up to have a voice that unites people by focusing on those things that we have in common. One thing women have in common – Breasts."
