Coffee Commissary Now Percolating in Burbank
The second location of a West Hollywood-based spot is now open in Burbank.

West Hollywood's Coffee Commissary has expanded to Burbank for its second location, which is opening this weekend at the corner of Alameda and Olive avenues, LA Weekly reports.
The coffee shop now occupies a small storefront that once belonged to an Orange Julius spot and, most recently, Peruvian restaurant Choza Mama. After peeling back layers, its owner ended up with a "zigzag roofline" with an overall vintage look.
Beans are shipped from Coava Coffee Roasters and Victrola Coffee Roasters as well as Temple Coffee, Kentucky's Sunergos Coffee, according to LA Weekly. There's also a kitchen to be used for making pastries on site.
