Contractor Electrocuted In North Hollywood

The 29-year-old worker was taken to the hospital in critical or grave condition.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — A private contractor was electrocuted in North Hollywood while working in a bucket Friday morning. The 29-year-old man suffered critical burns and was quickly taken to a hospital for treatment.

The incident near 13001 W Vanowen St. was reported at 10:03 a.m. The workers condition is at least critical, and possibly grave according to Margaret Steward of LAFD.

No other details or descriptions of the victim were immediately available.
