Hundreds of pooches roamed North Hollywood Park Sunday during a Paw Wow Festival, where some dogs and their owners showed up in retro costumes and enjoyed activities like a fashion show.
About a dozen dogs were brought to the event in hopes of being adopted and at least one of them went home with a proud new master.
