Fire Damages North Hollywood Duplex Friday Morning, No Injuries

The fire burned for 26 minutes before crews could extinguish.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — A fire burned an empty one-story duplex in North Hollywood for 29 minutes Friday morning before firefighters could extinguish the flames. Crews from the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at 10933 Ostego St. at 3:34 a.m. and called a knockdown at 4:03 a.m.

26 firefighters battled the blaze, according to Nicholas Prange of LAFD. No injuries were reported and the cause was under investigation.
