Luca's Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday

A grand opening event for seafood eatery Luca'sis beind held on Wednesday in Toluca Lake. 

Located at 10550 Riverside Dr., the restaurant replaces Chez Nous led by the ownership of Barret Lepejian, who owns other spots in the area like Lucy's 51 and Tinhorn Flats.

In addition to a ribbon cutting at 6 p.m. free hors d'oeuvres will be served and live entertainment featuring jugglers and a magician are to be on hand.

A portion of the proceeds from anything ordered from the regular menu will go toward benefiting the Anne Douglas Center for Women.

Luca's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but its signature dishes are seafood selections like sushi and oysters.

So far, the restaurant is averaging a 3.5 out of 5 rating on Yelp.
