The .32-acre site was built in 1935 an first belonged to Charles David Forrest, a Hollywood soundman whose career lasted five decades.
The home has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, vaulted beamed ceilings, five wood-burning fireplaces, numerous skylights, French doors, and a 20-by-40-foot pool, Curbed reports.
