Two brothers who ran away from the Glendale home were located tonight by detectives at a friend's home in North Hollywood.
Ryan Handlin, 12, and Marquis Handlin, 11, were found about 6:30 p.m., said Sgt. Thomas Lorenz of the Glendale Police Department.
Investigators suspect the boys ran away because of family issues. They had been living with their father until his recent death, and have since been with their grandparents, which "appears ... was not the ideal situation," Lorenz said.
