Tom LaBonge Sworn Into Office on Mount Hollywood

Councilman of District 4 has been sworn in for a third term of office—twice. , and his second on the sunny peak of Mount Hollywood in Griffith Park on Tuesday evening.

LaBonge Wife Does Swearing In

Friends, colleagues and family turned out to support LaBonge, including City Attorney Carmen Trutanich and Councilman Paul Krekorian.

LaBonge's wife, Brigid, son Charles and daughter Mary-Cate appeared on stage alongside him, and his wife swore him into office. LaBonge thanked his supporters.

LaBonge Does Elvis

As you can see in the accompanying video, he even treated them to a rendition of Elvis' If I Can Dream, bursting into song as the sun began to set over the Hollywood Hills.
