VALLEY GLEN, CA — A woman was killed Wednesday evening in a hit-and-run crash in Valley Glen. The woman was believed to be pushing a stroller containing personal items about 9:30 p.m. in traffic lanes on Victory Boulevard between Whitsett Avenue and the Hollywood (170) Freeway when she was struck by a vehicle, NBC4 reported. The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound on Victory Boulevard, NBC4 said. A description of the vehicle was not immediately available.City News Service; Photo: Shutterstock
