What to Expect:
- We will supply any of the four toilets listed. Details on this offer page.
- We will bring the new toilet to your house.
- We will remove your old toilet
- We will unpack, assemble and install the new toilet.
- Replacement of wax ring as needed.
- Replacement of bolt kit as needed.
- Caulking to the floor as needed.
- We will clean up and haul the old toilet away.
- We will set up a date and four-hour arrival time window Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.
What is NOT Included:
- Replacing the wall valve if needed.
- Replacing the closet flange if needed.
- Flooring repairs if needed.
- Specialty situations like a 10” rough in.
- If there are issues with your plumbing beyond simply installing a new toilet, we will be glad to help you with them, but they are not included in this offer.
- Emergency replacement or after-hours labor.
