  1. Two people were hit by a car and killed on Thanksgiving evening on Oceanside Boulevard. 2. An Oceanside man has been scammed out of almost $475,000 he sent to a Grand Island woman over a period of time. Constance Reimers allegedly told the man she was entitled to a "gold fortune" and asked him to help pay 40 years worth of storage fees and financial assistance related to COVID-19. Reimers established a relationship with the man over Zoosk, a dating site, which became romantic. The 65-year-old woman is facing elder financial exploitation charges. (Longview News-Journal)
