Oceanside, CA—Special gifts and incentives are offered in March for local residents who sign up for the North County Transit District’s free Travel Training program.
The Travel Training is part of an NCTD program called the Mobility Management Program. The MMP, launched at the NCTD last fall, specifically seeks to serve adults and older adults accessing mental health services. MMP is funded by the County of San Diego Mental Health Services.
