Beer Tasting Event Will Support Wounded Warriors One Sip at a Time

Beer lovers can help Wounded Warriors based at Camp Pendleton and other installations in the county return home for Christmas by attending OktSoldierFest Saturday.

The event will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Mission Brewery, 1441 L St., San Diego and will benefit the Warrior Foundation's Home for the Holidays Drive, according to the organization. 

The festival will host more than 40 craft breweries and will feature food and live music.

Advance tickets are available online and range from $35 for general admission to $70 for front-of-the-line privileges. Tickets will cost $10 more at the door.
