Body Found Inside North County Home

FALLBROOK, CA — Authorities Thursday were investigating the circumstances surrounding a body found inside a home in northern San Diego County.

Deputies responded around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday to a home in the 3000 block of Willow Heights Road in Fallbrook after a person reported checking on the residence and possibly seeing a body inside, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies confirmed the person found inside the residence was dead. The sheriff's homicide unit responded and was investigating the death.
