Business Notes: Computer Geeks and Dolphin Hotel

The following Oceanside business transactions have been brought to the attention of Patch:

• Computer Geeks leased 4,575 square feet of retail space for five years at 2455 Vista Way, suite M, in Oceanside, from Kimco Realty Corporation for $524,844. Chad Iafrate, CCIM and David Steffy of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessee in the transaction. Mike Moser of CBRE represented the lessor, according to a release from Cassidy Turley San Diego. 
• HDA, LLC took ownership of the Dolphin Hotel July 9, 2012, according to City of Oceanside records.
