The Camp Pendleton Animal Shelter is holding its Pre-Memorial Day Red, White and Blue Floor Sale for dogs until April 10, caretaker Karyn Loy told Patch.
Off-base civilians may adopt animals from the shelter. Base families who adopt will receive a free one-year license with the $20 to $30 adoption.
The shelter’s cats are available for adoption at its off-site location at PetSmart, 3420 Marron Road in Oceanside.
