City Commission Endorses Plan to Develop Park
Sudberry Properties would develop the park if approved by the City Council, according to a report.

Oceanside's Economic Development Commission endorsed a plan to develop a park on a former sand mine, according to a North County Times report.
Under the plan, Sudberry Properties would "develop portions of the 465-acre El Corazon." The plan could go to the City Council as early as Dec. 19, according to the newspaper.
