City to Lease Space under Pier

The City of Oceanside is accepting proposals to lease space under the pier.

Oceanside will accept proposals from private companies to lease commercial space under the municipal pier, the city announced today.

The space is available for a retailer, preferably a food concession, that would serve visitors to the pier and beach, according to the city.

Information on the RFP will be posted on the city's website at ci.oceanside.ca.us. Prospective bidders can also contact the city's Julie Cook at (760) 435-5165.
