Event: Meet a Wounded Veteran and his Working Dog

Robert joined the military at the age of 24 and served 9 years as a Marine, with 4 deployments to Iraq. After his 4th deployment he was sent to Okinawa, but three months later the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder was in full swing.

He spent a year and half in treatments with the Wounded Warrior Battalion. He and his loyal companion Bravo (pictured above) are now beginning the new chapter of their lives in their new home in San Marcos. Bravo has even served as an inspiration for Robert's new business: hand-sewn service dog vests!

Come meet them both at the Grand Opening!

  • Ribbon cutting promptly at 4:30 p.m.
