Camp Pendleton's Animal Shelter hosts the “Certified Pre-Owned Pet Tent Sale,” a spoof on big stadium car sales.
Shelter is on 4th Street. To get there from the I-5 north, turn left on Basilone Road, go over the river, and turn right onto Vado del Rio Avenue. Continue up the hill, and take the first right onto 4th. The shelter is the second building on the left.
The public is welcome. Show driver's license at the gate.
