
A fire that broke out in an Oceanside home Wednesday afternoon caused about $100,000 in damages, according to the Oceanside Fire Department.
The fire, which broke out around 2 p.m. on Valencia Court, also displaced two people and caused smoke damage.
According to Fire Investigator Ron Owens, the fire may have been caused by work being done on the roof.
