Lawmaker: Tricare Fee Hikes Unfairly Target Military
Fee hikes would be changing an already signed contract, Virginia Senator Jim Webb told a Senate panel Wednesday.
Proposed fee hikes can increase a retiree's yearly Tricare fees by more than $150, the Marine Corps Times reports. Democratic Virginia Senator Jim Webb said an increase would be the same as changing someone's contract once it's signed.
