Live Fire Training to be Heard This Week
Loud explosions caused by the firing of high explosive munitions on the Camp Pendleton base will continue through March 30.
Camp Pendleton Marines are training with mortars this week. Depending on atmospheric conditions, the sound of the explosions may be amplified and heard up to 50 miles away.

Tuesday, Mar 27
