Tuition cuts have been slashed 75 percent for Marines taking college classes while off duty, according to a Camp Pendleton news release.

Marines would have an annual cap of $875 per year, which equates to about two classes a year, according to the release, and Marines who don’t receive a housing allowance more options for securing financial aid than those who do.
