May 11 Car Show will Raise Funds for Free Summer Concert Series

Friends of Oceanside Parks and Recreation will hold a car show next month to raise funds for the free summer concert series.

The event will be held from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 11 at Heritage Park, 220 Peyri Dr., and will feature live music in park’s picturesque gazebo and a fire engine, board member Theresa Loverro told Patch.

Admission fees are $5 for an adult and $1.00 for a child.

An additional perk is that a summer camp registration entitles a family to receive free admission to this event, she added. Refer to www.oceansiderec.com for summer camp information.
