Military Families Invited to Free Oceanside Concerts
Seven free performances will take place this summer.
The Friends of Oceanside Parks is inviting military families to its series of seven free summer concerts on Sunday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Heritage park, 220 Peyri Rd.
Schedule of shows:
- June 24: Tractormen
- July 1: The Lemon Grove Trio featuring Greg Deering on the banjo
- July 8: The Honkys & Timm Saxton & Friends
- July 22: Gospel Groove featuring several Gospel groups including Val Wilson's band and Blue Grass gospel music
- July 29: Exotiki & Yovee playing island music
- Aug. 5: Good Time Jazz Band with the rythms of dixieland jazz
- Aug. 12: Sal & Isela con los Salerosos
