Oceanside Fire Causes $250,000 in Damage
No injuries were reported in the Monday afternoon fire in the 300 block of Los Arbolitos Boulevard.
Authorities believe a man who was attempting to fix pipes in a wall with a flame caused a fire in the caused a fire early Monday afternoon. More than two dozen firefighters responded to the fire at 300 block of Los Arbolitos Boulevard, according to Battalion Chief Peter Lawrence of the Oceanside Fire department.

It damaged a unit of four townhomes, but no injuries were reported, he added.
