Firefighter Jeffrey Cummins, 30, was cited but not charged June 27 after a police operation, the North County Times reports.
An Oceanside firefighter was arrested and cited—but not charged—after police sting on the 3900 block of Vista Way led officers to believe he was purchasing drugs June 27, according to the North County Times.
Firefighter Jeffrey Cummins, 30, was released the same day and is under paid administrative leave, the Times added.
