Oceanside Man Found Dead in Crumpled Car
A 35-year-old Oceanside man was found dead today in a crumpled car on an embankment alongside Interstate 5 in the Carmel Valley area.
A 35-year-old Oceanside man was found dead today in a crumpled car on an embankment alongside Interstate 5 in the Carmel Valley area.
California Highway Patrol officers discovered the wrecked auto on the east side of the freeway, just north of Del Mar Heights Road, about 7:30 a.m., according to the Medical Examiner's Office.
Investigators believe the fatal accident involved only one vehicle and occurred early Sunday morning, according to the county agency.
