Oceanside Townhome, Office Complex Sold for $81 million

Piazza D’Oro, a development in Oceanside with 221 townhomes as well as office space, was sold for $81 million, the San Diego Business Journal reports.

The complex was purchased by TruAmerica Multifamily, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm, the Business Journal said. TruAmerica said it intends to make upgrades to the complex.

The development, which is just north of state Route 78 near Rancho Del Oro Drive, consists of 42 buildings on 14.4 acres, the Business Journal reported.
