As part of Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One's month-long Weapons and Tactics Instructors Course, Marines with Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 364 and 1st Marine Logistics Group, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, based out of Camp Pendleton participated in an airlift of two M777 Howitzers near Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Friday.
"My Marines are out here to get the best of what WTI has to offer," said Sgt. Steven Thouchalanh, a CLR-17 landing support specialist and native of Long Beach, Calif. "And to be sure that their every day training is being used to the fullest."
