Plan Could Bring More Affordable Housing to Oceanside

The Oceanside City Council tentatively adopted a plan that could bring more housing to the city, the North County Times reports.

The plan would allow developers to build more units on properties if they pay a fee, or plan affordable housing units on the property or elsewhere in town, the Times added.
