Hotel Planned Near Pier Closer to Breaking Ground
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott proposes 150 rooms on a patch of land on Myers Street and Mission Avenue.
Oceanside may see a new hotel pop up soon near the Pier, the city's downtown development manager Kathy Brann told attendess of monthly meeting Tuesday.
The SpringHill Suite by Marriott has proposed building a 150-room hotel on the corner of Myers Street and Mission Avenue.
Officials have raised some concerns over the project.
